Wlthplus Service Private Limited is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-182987).

We facilitate mutual fund distribution services. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and do not provide investment advice or portfolio management services.

We provide only incidental advisory services as permitted under SEBI regulations for mutual fund distributors.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate and complete information for KYC and transactions
2. Reading all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing
3. Understanding that all investments are subject to market risks
4. Making your own informed investment decisions
5. Keeping your account credentials and OTPs confidential
6. Updating us about any changes in your personal or financial information
7. Reviewing your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) and transaction confirmations regularly

4. No Guaranteed Returns

Wlthplus Service Private Limited does not guarantee any specific returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on mutual fund investments.

Past performance of any scheme or product is not indicative of future results. All investments are subject to market risks, including possible loss of principal.

5. Commission & Fees

We receive trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This commission:

• Is part of the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER)
• Does not increase your investment cost

Detailed commission disclosure is available on our website. Investors may choose Direct Plans directly through AMC platforms, which have lower expense ratios.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy, aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and SEBI/AMFI guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property
